Tatiana is a member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Registry of Acupuncturists. She graduated from nursing college in 1995 and earned a biology bachelor's degree in 2001. She had previously worked as a nurse in a children's hospital and had always been curious in the benefits of acupuncture for health and wellbeing.
Tatiana got the opportunity to learn acupuncture when she immigrated to Canada and has since realized the satisfaction that comes from assisting others. In order to prevent or treat illnesses and problems, acupuncture usually involves placing needles under the skin at particular locations along the body's energy lines (meridians).
However, the current Western medical or "Neuroanatomical" approach to acupuncture acknowledges that inserting needles into acupuncture points causes the body to undergo biochemical changes, such as the release of endorphins that reduce pain. What I enjoy about acupuncture is that it encourages the body's own natural healing processes to be reactivated.
Together with popular medical modalities like acupuncture and acupressure therapy, she also provides Cupping, Moxibastion, and Tui-Na treatments.

Aaron, a graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy, has a special perspective that allows him to view the human body differently than you could. He wants to take the twists and turns out of each of his patients, just as his journey to becoming a Manual Osteopath was full of them. He has taken elements from his undergraduate work in Kinesiology and Recreational Therapies and incorporated them into the Manual Osteopathic philosophy.
Since he was a young child, Aaron has always wanted to be able to help those in need. As he started his higher education, Aaron came to the conclusion that helping others deal with their pain and assist in the process of physical restoration was essential to his path, which has since become the osteopath. He has always been involved in sports, having played soccer in college and serving as a medical responder at high school sporting events in the GTA and the neighbouring areas. Since the patient's soul needs a listening ear to release, the body needs a listening hand to release too. Aaron is constantly seeking out fresh knowledge that will help him transform the patient's life.
Aaron views the body as an extraordinary system that is intimately interwoven both structurally and functionally as a result of his studies in kinesiology and manual osteopathy. Aaron seeks to bring about long-lasting improvement through soft tissue, joint mobilizations, METs, exercises, and stretches. His intention is to remove musculoskeletal constraints so that our bodies can heal themselves, which is what they do best.
Aaron enjoys being active through sports and getting as much fresh air as he can in his free time. If you have any plant-based or vegan cooking recipes, please share them with him as he spends most of his time indoors trying them out. He enjoys playing the piano, violin, and cello in numerous sacred music ensembles as well as for fun and at festivals.

Touch plays a crucial role in human interaction. It makes us feel more cherished and a part of the community. Massage employs touch to relax the muscles and promote circulation by massaging or kneading various body areas. One of the earliest and most basic types of therapy is massage. The main objectives of massage therapy are to promote health and wellbeing and to assist the body in healing itself.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of two family pets: West Highland White terriers. Swimming and cycling keep Susan physically active. She, also, loves pilates and yoga.
