Tatiana is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received her diploma from nursing college in 1995, and  got her bachelor's degree, in Biology in 2001. With previous experience working as a nurse in a children's hospital,  she had always wondered about Acupuncture for well-being and health. When Tatiana came to Canada she had a chance to study Acupuncture and have since seen the reward of helping people. Acupuncture has traditionally been used as a method of balancing the body's energy by inserting needles under the skin at specific points along energy pathways (meridians), to prevent or cure diseases and disorders. The modern Western medical or "Neuroanatomical" Acupuncture approach, however, recognizes that needles inserted at acupuncture points induce biochemical changes in the body, such as the release of pain-relieving endorphins. What I like about Acupuncture, that this treatment promotes to reactivate the body's own natural healing forces. Besides well-known healing techniques such as Acupuncture, Acupressure therapy, she also offer Cupping, Moxibastion as well as Tui-Na treatments.

"Laser Therapy has helped me immensely on my long road to recovery. I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in 2011 that left me with major trauma and catastrophic injuries to my hips and legs. Although I was one of the lucky ones to have survived such accident, it left me with life altering injuries and a very long road ahead. Through many appointments with multiple physicians, massage therapists, physiotherapists and many more the results were slowly but surely starting to appear. Although I knew in my mind it was a long hard process I wasn't convinced it had to be this long. I searched for a solution. It wasn't until I discovered Laser Therapy that I realized how great it was and how much it has helped speed up the healing process for me

"As a Graduate of the National Academy of Osteopath, Aaron has the unique vantage point to see the human body in a way that is different from how you may see it. Just as his path to becoming a Manual Osteopath was full of twists and turns, he wants to remove the twists and turns out of each of his patients. From his time in undergraduate studies in Kinesiology and Recreational Therapeutics he has taken aspects and implemented them into the philosophy of Manual Osteopathy.

Aaron has always wanted to be able to help those in need from a very young age, and as he began to pursue higher education he decided that to help others recover from the pain and to aid in the process of physical restoration was vital to his path, which has become his osteo path. He has been active in athletics all his life, playing soccer in university and also being a Medical responder for high school sporting events in the GTA and surroundings. Aaron is continually trying to learn new things that will better enable him to effect change in the life of the patient and realizes that as the soul needs a listening ear to release, the body needs a listening hand to also release. Through his studies in Kinesiology and then Manual Osteopathy Aaron sees the body as an amazing system intricately interconnected both functionally and structurally. Through soft tissue, joint mobilizations, METs, exercises and stretches Aaron looks to effect lasting change. His goal is to release musculoskeletal restrictions so that our bodies can do what it does best, which is to heal itself.

In his spare time, Aaron is a lover of health, staying active in sports and taking in the fresh air as much as possible. When he is not outside he is inside trying out new plant-based and vegan cooking recipes, so if you have any recipes feel free to share them with him! He is also an avid musician playing piano, violin, and cello for both leisure and festivals as well as in many sacred music groups."

Susan Blake is a Registered Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of the Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics. Susan offers massage therapy that Rehabilitates, Relaxes, Rejuvenates and Revives your Body and Soul. She helps to treat muscle pain and dysfunction.

Touch is a very important part of human contact. It helps us feel connected and loved by those around us. Massage uses touch through rubbing or kneading of parts of the body to aid circulation and relax the muscles. Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy. The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and wellbeing. There are many health benefits to receiving MASSAGE THERAPY on a regular basis:

Relieves stress

Encourages relaxation

Improves circulation

Improves posture

Lowers blood pressure

Helps manage pain

Relaxes muscles

Improves flexibility

Improves breathing

Relieves tension headaches

Strengthens immune system

Decreases depression

A good massage is an exhilarating experience. Using a variety of techniques: Swedish, sports and lymph drainage massage, myofascial and trigger point release, as well as joint mobilization, Susan provides stress and pain reduction, injury prevention, deep tissue and relaxation massage. She practices with a holistic and client-focused approach that values open communication between therapist and client.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of two family pets: West Highland White terriers. Swimming and cycling keep Susan physically active. She, also, loves pilates and yoga.

The ancient Chinese practice of Reflexology, a manual hands on therapy focusing on the feet, has recently enjoyed a surge in popularity as a modern Holistic Therapy to relieve Pain and Stress.

Reflexologists believe that using a targeted pressure point massage is able to restore the flow of energy throughout the body or “qui”. (pronounced chee)

It is a specific pressure technique applied to the feet where all internal structures and organs are mapped or mirrored in miniature. Therefore reflex points on the feet correspond to different organs or systems of the body.

Sometimes ‘crystals’ or tenderness is felt in a certain area which indicates blockage or imbalance in the corresponding organ or body part. Crystals are waste deposits made up of excess calcium and uric acid that build up when the metabolism is not working properly. The Reflexologist will spend time using the thumbs or fingers to break down these blockages, so that they can be eliminated by the body.

Reflexology is a safe non invasive and relaxing treatment. It’s aim is to assist the body to heal on it’s own and to maintain a balanced state of health or “homeostatis”.

BENEFITS OF REFLEXOLOGY:

Reduces stress and induces deep relaxation

Improves nerve functioning and blood supply throughout the body

Helps with emotional problems like anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia

Women’s issues such as PMS, infertility, pregnancy and menopausal difficulties

Helps digestive system and helps ease the symptoms of IBS

Eases headaches and migraines

Helps the respiratory system – eases symptoms of asthma, bronchitis, and helps remove mucus build up

Aids in the elimination of waste products so that toxins do not have a chance to build up to harmful levels in the liver, kidney, or bowel

Revitalises energy by relaxing and opening up energy pathways

Stimulates creativity and productivity and improves the attention span by reducing tension and calming the mind

“For our bodies to be healthy – everything must work together “

Bianca is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as a Reiki Master. Her journey in yoga and reiki began after dealing with many emotional challenges and debilitating illnesses over the years. This allows her to bring compassion and understanding to all her classes and sessions. Along the way, she discovered that there is more to life than worrying about the physical. Her reiki sessions help work towards mind and body relaxation as well as achieving emotional and spiritual contentment. To Bianca, reiki is much more than just working with energy. It is about developing a better understanding of how to connect to our essence and our higher selves. She understands that developing this level of self awareness and mindfulness can be a challenging process and therefore, is determined to create a safe, positive and peaceful environment for this journey.

Reiki healing is energy healing. It is an energetic massage of the central nervous system. It uses the 'universal life force energy' by laying on hands to promote stress reduction, relaxation and light healing of the physical body as well as opening emotional and spiritual blocks. It helps one become more connected to their soul and their essence. The process of a Reiki healing session helps you begin to develop an understanding of the deeper issues and root causes of what you are dealing with or what is affecting you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Crystal therapy is also used during the session by having specific crystals placed on the body, over the chakras, to help increase the flow of energy as well as many other benefits.

Each session is closed off with vibrational sound healing by using a quartz crystal singing bowls or Tibetan singing bowl and tingsha bells.

Begin to connect within and awaken your energy system.
